Lee W. Grabber
Licensed Specialist in Orthodontics; Board Certified, American Board of Orthodontics
Dr. Lee Graber received his dental and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan and his orthodontic M.S. degree at Northwestern University. He has served on the editorial boards of multiple journals, and has contributed to the clinical and research literature, most notably as co-editor of the 5th edition of Orthodontics: Current Principles and Techniques. A member of the joint AAO-AAP taskforce and past AAO president, Dr. Graber has worked to increase inter-specialty communications to enhance patient care.

Dr. Katherine W. L. Vig BDS, MS, D.Orth., FDS.RCS.

Dr. Katherine Vig's orthodontic training was at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London, England. She continued at the Eastman as a Registrar, Senior Registrar before being appointed as a Consultant after 10 year experience of teaching and clinical practice. She joined the faculty at the University of North Carolina in 1977, was appointed as an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan until 1990 when she became Professor and Chair of Orthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh. In 1994 she was recruited to Chair the Orthodontic Department until 2008 when she became part time faculty until 2014 when she moved to Boston and was appointed to the Orthodontic faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Greg Huang attended dental school at the University of Florida, and then received his Certificate in Orthodontics and MSD from the University of Washington. He also holds an MPH in epidemiology from UW. Currently, he serves as the Chair of the Department of Orthodontics at UW, as well as the Associate Dean for Faculty. He is a proponent of Evidence-based Orthodontics, and is heavily involved in clinical research.

Professor, Queen Mary University of London, Institute of Dentistry-Barts Health NHS Trust, London, UK
Prof. Fleming is Chair of Orthodontics at Trinity College Dublin. He was formerly Professor, Consultant and Postgraduate Training Lead in Orthodontics at the Institute of Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London. His primary passions are education and clinically-focussed research. Padhraig also works in private practice on a part-time basis. He was awarded his MSc. with Distinction in 2007, the Membership in Orthodontics and British Orthodontic Society Medal in 2008 and his PhD in 2013. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers and has received numerous research awards including the Turpin Award from the AAO in 2021 and both the Chapman Prize from the British Orthodontic Society and the B.F. and Helen E. Dewel Award from the AAO on two occasions. He has co-authored four successful orthodontic textbooks: ‘Clinical Cases in Orthodontics’, ‘Functional Appliances: Theory and Practice’, ‘Fixed Orthodontic Appliances: A practical guide’ and ‘Graber’s ‘Orthodontics: Current Principles and Techniques.
